Connect on LinkedinThe word ‘immigrant’ is seen in a bad light. It is a hotly debated topic and it's almost always scary, exhilarating, confusing, interesting, lonely, and great at the same time. It takes great courage and risk-taking.
The sad part is that is that the "paperwork" and the perceived "hassle" stops a lot of companies from hiring internationals.
Migrants and immigrants are integral to global development, building dynamic economies, support aging populations, increasing diversity of thought and driving creativity & innovation.
Emigreat envisions "a borderless world" so that you can focus on what you do best. Paperwork and bureaucracy should just work and not be difficult. This means simplifying relocation for the individual, company and government.
We believe in making a positive impact on this world: reducing information inequality and empowering immigrants! By developing new technologies, and continuously improving and innovating, we will persevere to make our vision a reality.
With love, from our co-founders
We always want to talk to people who are passionate about our mission and vision.
“Today, it might be said that inequality in the distribution of knowledge is equivalent to the inequality of development” [Book: Inequalities of the World, Chapter 6 - Knowledge and Inequality, Peter Weingart].
This inequality manifests itself in the (migrant's) lack of knowledge of the migration policies, rules, services, and the broader social integration resources, leading to mistakes and their often dire consequences.
We aim to reduce inequality by digitalising information thus incresing its accessibility and thereby enabling our users to relocate with peace of mind.
Our vision is "a borderless world” - a world where anyone can move to any country without a second thought; where no one is a second class citizen, and everyone thrives.
Relocation is supposed to be dramatic journey undertaken by people uprooting their entire lives to move to a new place with dreams in their eyes for a life they aspire to. But instead, today relocation is a dramatic journey because of all the undue stress, fear of mistakes, rules, paperwork, bureaucracy and more.
We understand the physical and emotional demands of the relocation process, and we are committed to simplifying it making societies more inclusive, diverse and sustainable.
We always want to talk to people who are passionate about our mission and vision.
